DESCRIPTION:CCI is pleased to offer an open Crisis Management Seminar (CMS) in Auburn\, Alabama\, USA (90 minutes from Atlanta) on July 13-15\, 2026 at Lakeview Baptist Church. \nABOUT \nThe CMS is a 3-day leadership-oriented course which provides participants with the knowledge\, skills\, and abilities to develop a competent security and crisis management program. Participants will be trained and prepared to serve on a crisis management team in the most complex and critical events. Core components of the training include risk assessment\, developing appropriate policies and contingency planning\, forming and leading crisis management teams\, and using a crisis resolution protocol to guide response to emergencies. Case studies and tabletop exercises are used extensively. \nCOST AND DETAILS \nThe price for the CMS is $650 per student. Seminar fee discounts are available for the following: 1) more than one person attending from the same organization (both may take discount) ($45); 2) if you have previously attended CCI’s CMS\, you may take the alumni refresher discount ($325 – subject to verification). \nThe CMS consists of three (3) 8-hour days. Exact details regarding start time\, what to bring\, room location\, etc.\, will be communicated upon registration. \nWHO SHOULD ATTEND \nFull- or part-time organizational crisis managers and crisis management team (CMT) members\, full- or part-time security managers\, risk managers\, operational leaders\, personnel managers\, regional field leaders\, human resources managers\, and member care personnel. \nTRANSPORTATION\, HOUSING\, and MEALS \nTravel to the training site (air and car) and lodging are the responsibility of each participant. Complimentary refreshments will be available each day. SUMMARY:Interrogation Management Workshop | Auburn\, Alabama | July 2026
DESCRIPTION:Crisis Consulting International will present a 1-day Interrogation Management Workshop (IMW) in Auburn\, Alabama\, USA (90 minutes from Atlanta) on July 16\, 2026 at Lakeview Baptist Church. \nOVERVIEW \nThe IMW focuses heavily on hostile government interrogations. This includes interrogations that happen at street level as well as those in detention settings. Other types of interrogations and scenarios addressed in this workshop include customs and immigration interrogations\, airport security practices\, government checkpoints\, and hostage captivity interrogations. The workshop includes presentation sessions as well as some interactive role-play scenarios\, where participants experience being interrogated in a hostile setting. The instructors who present the IMW have decades of experience in conducting or managing interrogations — especially related to tactics employed against faith-based workers. \nWHO SHOULD ATTEND \nThis training is designed for faith-based\, cross-cultural workers who live or travel in environments with a threat of government interrogation\, or who encounter regular government interactions (e.g.\, vehicle checkpoints\, customs and immigration settings). Others who would benefit include short-term trip leaders\, as well as church and agency leaders responsible for sending out workers to such settings to solidify their preparation and contingency planning process. \nCOST and DETAILS \nThe cost for this workshop is $195 US. A discount may be offered for multiple persons attending from the same organization. \nTravel and lodging\, if applicable\, are each participant’s responsibility.
