Seminar Refund Policy
CCI will issue a full refund for cancellations made more than 30 days from seminar start date, OR, for cancellations made less than 30 days from seminar start date IF the open seat is filled by another student. Otherwise, CCI will refund:
75% of the paid tuition with 15-30 days’ notice
50% of the paid tuition with 8-14 days’ notice
25% of the paid tuition with 2-7 days’ notice
No refund will be provided with 1 or fewer days’ notice unless the seat is filled. However, these fees may be applied to a future course as approved by the CCI training team. NOTE: Any refund of lodging and meal fees shall be at the sole discretion of the venue provider and must be determined between participant and venue.
