Seminar Refund Policy
CCI will issue a full refund for cancellations made more than 30 days from seminar start date, OR, for cancellations made less than 30 days from seminar start date IF the open seat is filled by another student. Otherwise, CCI will refund:
75% of CCI’s fee with 21-30 days’ notice
50% of CCI’s fee with 14-20 days’ notice
25% of CCI’s fee with 7-13 days’ notice
No refund will be provided inside 7 days’ notice unless the seat is filled. However, fees may be applied to a future course as approved by the CCI training team. NOTE: Any refund of lodging and meal fees shall be at the sole discretion of the venue provider (where applicable) and must be arranged between participant and venue.
