CCI Whistleblower Policy
Crisis Consulting International (CCI) is committed to lawful, ethical, and transparent operations. This policy encourages good-faith reporting of suspected wrongdoing; provides multiple, accessible reporting paths (including anonymous); mandates prompt, fair review; and strictly prohibits retaliation.

What to report

Report in good faith any of the following suspected activities:

Violations of law or regulation (federal, state, or local).

Financial impropriety or fraud, theft, misappropriation of assets, falsification of records, or conflicts of interest.

Fundraising or donor-stewardship misconduct; privacy or data-security incidents.

Significant violation of organizational policies (e.g., harassment, discrimination, safety).

Document destruction or concealment related to an investigation or legal matter.

Material misrepresentation in grant applications, public communications, or filings.
