Women’s Personal Security Program (WPSP)
Equipping women to serve boldly, wisely, and safely.
Crisis Consulting International (CCI) has developed a Women’s Personal Security Program (WPSP), a program designed to specifically address the unique and complex security challenges women face while serving cross-culturally. For international faith-based contexts, female workers represent approximately 70% of the workforce. Additionally, more than 70% of international female workers are single.
These realities create unique and oftentimes elevated security risks. CCI’s WPSP exists to equip women, especially those serving cross-culturally, with practical, faith-centered tools for awareness, avoidance, and risk mitigation.
Women’s Personal Security Workshop (WPSW)
In response to the above realities, CCI has developed an interactive workshop — a workshop exclusively for women, presented by female security practitioners — that provides practical tools to help women recognize threats, reduce risks, and respond effectively in real-world situations.
Led by experienced instructors with backgrounds in international security, the WPSW blends instruction, discussion, and hands-on practical exercises. The workshop is presented in a supportive environment.

How you can support the WPSP
As stated, women represent the majority of those serving in high-risk ministry environments. CCI’s program and workshops equip women to serve with confidence, wisdom, and resilience. The WPSP’s already-proven effectiveness has led to growing demand from international faith-based organizations in multiple countries. Many of the women in need of this type of training are nationals who, at considerable risk, are serving in under-resourced ministries.
There are two ways you or your church/ministry can support the ongoing work of CCI’s WPSP around the world. The first is to request a ‘partnership’ WPSW at your church. The fees for this workshop are allocated exclusively to the ongoing work of the WPSP. To request a workshop or more information, email training@ccionline.site.
